we understand both Campbell and non Campbell Shareholders approved of the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement between the company and its ordinary shareholders whereby non-Campbell shareholders received $10.00 cash for each of their shares and Arnotts became a wholly owned subsidiary of Campbell Soup Company and its subsidiaries - all shareholders were also entitled to receive the final fully franked cash dividend of 14 cents for each of their Arnotts shares
