we understand Singapore-based BIL International was no longer able to meet the revised listing criteria - that entities in the Foreign Exempt category be required to have both A$2 billion of net assets and A$200 million profit after tax in each of the previous three years - and was delisted from ASX - an international investment company headquartered in Singapore, BIL has a primary listing on the Singapore Exchange, with secondary listings on the London and New Zealand Stock Exchanges
