Bow Energy Limited (Bow Energy) confirms that today all share capital in Bow Energy has been transferred to Arrow Energy Holdings Pty Limited, and the Scheme of Arrangement between Bow Energy and its shareholders (Scheme) has now been implemented. Accordingly, Bow Energy has made arrangements for the Scheme consideration of $1.52 per share for each Bow Energy share held to be dispatched today to Bow Energy shareholders who held shares on the record date, being 7pm (Sydney time) on 4 January 2012	11/01/2012
