we understand that some time before Foundation Healthcare (formerly Formulab Neuronetics) was delisted, it cleaned up its share register - it did this by buying back the shares from shareholders who had less than 50 shares in total - the price for those who need it was $1.30 and the date of transaction was 14 August 2001
