The scheme of arrangement between MLA and its shareholders was implemented today. ICU Medical Inc. now holds all of the shares on issue in MLA. The scheme consideration of $0.086 payable for each MLA share has been paid to Scheme Participants.	30/11/2017
The company has lodged with ASIC the orders of the Federal Court of Australia approving the scheme of arrangement between MLA and its shareholders under which ICU Medical will acquire all of the shares on issue in MLA. ASIC has confirmed that the scheme is now effective.	20/11/2017
