The proposed acquisition of Tassal by Aquaculture Australia Company Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cooke Inc., by way of scheme of arrangement has been implemented today, Monday, 21 November 2022. Aquaculture Australia Company Pty Ltd now holds all of the shares on issue in Tassal. The Scheme Consideration of $5.23 cash per Tassal share has been sent to Tassal Shareholders (other than certain excluded Tassal Shareholders) today in respect of all Tassal shares held on the Scheme Record Date, being 7:00pm (AEDT) on Monday, 14 November 2022.	21/11/2022
